Yes ,It made the gel coat really shine and left the windows nice and clean. The water was beading off.
Posted By: salem on 07/24/16 04:53pm Is it a liquid soap? Where is it sold?
Posted By: Dankenbring on 07/24/16 05:01pm Most grocery stores have it in the cleaning product area.
Posted By: Nutinelse2do on 07/24/16 05:37pm It's a great cleaner, diluted, for the roof too. Takes off tar, black streaks, etc.
Available at WM, HD, and grocery stores.

What dilution rate are you using for the rubber roof?

Posted By: rockhillmanor on 07/24/16 06:50pm Just beware it is to be diluted when using it on anything.

I personally don't know one way or another if it is safe for RV's and the gel coat though.

Trying to remember, as it was about 2 years ago. I think I used a 50/50 ratio,
Murphys/ H20, with a very soft scrub brush. Haven't had to do it since. Now just water cleans it really well.
The Murphys did a great job getting years of grime off from the previous owners, whom I don't believe, ever cleaned it.

X2. Never thought of using it on the exterior. Learn something here every day.

I do it twice a year.

Posted By: boshog on 09/04/16 08:32am Washed the Montana yesterday and instead of using a car wash product, I gave Murrhy's Oil Soap a go at the exterior. I've been using Murrhy for years, around the house and even my car's interiors.

So I diluted following the instructions, quarter cup of Murrhy to one gallon of water. It worked really well, bug guts came off the front cap with a little scrubbing and black streaks came off or were greatly diminished. After washing I did hose down the sides, the instructions differ.

When it dried, it looked as if I just finished waxing it.

Solute to the OP.
