COLESLAW:
1 1/2 c. shredded green cabbage
2 tbsp. nonfat sour cream
1 tsp. red-wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. dried dill
SANDWICHES:
8 oz. thinly sliced lean reduced-sodium ham
1 granny smith apple, thinly sliced
4 oz. thinly sliced smoked cheddar cheese
8 slices rye bread

- To make the coleslaw: In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, poppy seeds, and dill. Mix well.
- To make the sandwiches: Layer the ham, coleslaw, apples, and Cheddar on 4 slices of the bread. Top with the remaining bread.
